As a Guide to the reader, before we start the story, we thought it would be a good idea to explain the layout.  Text that starts to the far left and has some resemblence to normal English is mine.  Text indented and not always up on current standards of spelling and grammar belongs to one of my three Friends.
    Dat be Me
    Me
    And, Me
    Hello Der
There is no differentiation between them
    Hey
    We be da individuals
Ok then. Whose idea was it to write a book?
    Mine
    Me
    I did it
And, who ate the last M&M?
    Not us
    Not me
    We thinkee it was you
    Yeah, probably heem
    He do that
    Wee need more mms
    We hungee
    You get mms Meester?
See?  There is no need to separate the characters.
    All for one
    And one for all
They complete each other’s thoughts.
    And yours too Meester
    We be in your heed
And it all flows together into a happy chaotic medley.
    He say we medley
Don’t change subject, we talking about mms
Like I said, we’re out of M&Ms.
    How about fries?
    Frenchy fry soundy good
I tinkee some fries in pocket’e
You put fries in my pocket?
    We savee for later
Yeah, good ting to, you no hava da mms
And so it goes.
    Where?
    Where it go?
    We go too?
