No, it is not a rat, just a squirrel, peaking out from a stone fence, guardrail, in a park, chicago, grant park, down southern ways, they were very friendly, and more than happy to eat my mms

Actually, it was just a squirrel.

Very friendly... almost willing to eat out of my hand.

So, you know, context... and the right filter is everything.
