Lilikoi Cheesecake I
2 at 8oz Cream Cheese
cup Sugar
cup Sour Cream
3 Tbl Sp Lilikoi Juice
2 eggs
Mix cream cheese till soft
add sugar
add sour cream and lilikoi
add eggs one at a time
Optional pour 1 extra Tbl Spn Lilikoi Juice over crust
Used a pre-made Graham Cracker Crust.
Recipe on graham cracker crust packaging.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30-45 minutes
Lilikoi Cheesecake II
used 3 T on crust, 9 T on cheesecake for lemon cheesecake
Lilikoi Cheesecake III
3T each, Whole wheat flour
wheat germ, brown sugar, butter
8oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
6T Lemon (maybe too runny)
1 egg
325 for an hour
Lilikoi Cheesecake IV
thicker crust, 5T each for crust
1 hr at 300 in glass
Lilikoi Cheesecake V
2 at 8oz cream cheese
1 cup sugar
12T Lemon
2 egg
Lilikoi Cheesecake VI
4-4-4-4
{even I don't know what this means anymore}
2 lemon, on crust
Lilikoi Cheesecake VII
1-1-1butter, wheat germ, brown sugar
16 lilkois and above
