Gooey Brownie Cake
Melt
2 sticks butter
8oz bakers chocolate
Add
2 cups brown sugar
Let cool
Mix In
5 eggs
dash vanilla
dash salt
Mix in
1 cup flour
350 for 45 minutes
Thoughts while cooking: had second thoughts about the flour the minute I mixed it in. Maybe only .5 cup next time, with 1 less egg. Left in after 45 min (open door, etc), but should have just taken out.
Thoughts after eaten: still not sweet enough, and cooked to long.
Could be gooier, could be sweeter.
