- 275° for ¼ Hour

I have never had Old Time British Plum Pudding. So as much as I've heard about it, I don't really know what it tastes like. On the other hand, I always imagined it tastes something like this: moist, wet, sweet, almost gooey.
I think the trick for this type of pudding is in adding lots of extra water.
Next time, I'll try to halve the recipe and make two small single-serving ramekins.
