We have Lettuce that should probably be used up. So, Salad. And with all those Cold Cuts, we could make a Chef's Salad.

Ah, there's this Chutney that needs to be used before it spoils.
Oh, I know!
And supper it is!
Curried Egg Salad
- 3 Hard Boiled Eggs
- Because that seemed about right.
- 1 teaspoon Curry Powder
- ditto
- 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
- ibid
- 1 Pinch Salt
- It was one pinch too many.
Chutney Dressing
- Chutney
- The residue in the bottom of a jar.
- Maybe, a quarter cup.
- Balsamic Vinegar
- An amount equal to the Chutney.
- I probably should have used half as much.
Salad Assembly
- Romaine Lettuce
- Lightly Salted to taste.
- Curried Egg Salad
- Chutney Dressing
- Raisins
- A small handful.
- Green Onions
- Half a small handful.
- So, a sprinkling.
- Red Pepper
- Just a dash.
I'd added too much Salt and Balsamic. So, I was a bit self-conscious through the first few bites. But after that, it went right down. I probably should have concentrated more on the flavour sensations. It was pretty good stuff.
