HTML Tables as Images
A Study in Style
Images from my front page re-rendered as HTML tables.
Each dot being a <td> tag.
Next up?
Making the dots shimmer and shake?
Nah, it'd only crash the system, putting too much demand on the browsers.
Though as a way of communicating nostalgia, it's perhaps better than a clear picture.
Or maybe it's better as a metaphor for bad eyesight.
Prescription eyeglasses don't fix as much as the clear of sight often imagine.
You'll have to excuse the glare.
It was a sunny day.
Now, if you'll kindly stare into my eyes,
and open a can of food.
I do believe it's time for lunch.
Not a bad morning's work,
for the gainfully unemployed.
